These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bdromeo and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using bdromeo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated here.

Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods at any time via account settings. These tools are available to all registered users at no cost. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of bdromeo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing any part of bdromeo, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdromeo. Your continued use of the Platform following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of bdromeo. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on this Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By registering an account on bdromeo, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are an individual person and not a corporation or automated system; (b) all information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (d) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Minimum Age: 18 years. Access to and use of bdromeo is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to gamble on this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain at or above that age throughout your use of the Platform.
bdromeo takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. We conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all new accounts and on any account requesting a withdrawal above ৳10,000. As part of this process, we may request a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately suspend access to the account; (b) withhold any pending withdrawals; (c) void any bets placed while the account was suspended; and (d) permanently close the account. Any balance remaining after the voiding of irregular bets will be returned to the payment method on file.
Additionally, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of bdromeo complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bdromeo accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

3 Account Registration
To access the full range of features on bdromeo — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on bdromeo at any given time. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identifiers, is strictly prohibited.
During registration you will be required to provide: a valid email address; a username of your choice; a secure password; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID; your date of birth; your mobile phone number; and your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — BDT is the default for players based in Bangladesh). All information must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bdromeo will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact our support team. bdromeo accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
Account registration is subject to our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at registration; upon a first withdrawal request; when deposits reach cumulative thresholds; or when unusual account activity is detected. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within 14 days of the request will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
bdromeo supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdromeo, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) by default for accounts registered in Bangladesh.
Deposits: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Rocket and Upay deposits are credited within 1 to 3 minutes. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank. bdromeo does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team before processing. Standard withdrawal processing time is 2 to 24 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, subject to the payment method's availability for payouts. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Payment Method Ownership: All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — using a payment account belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: bdromeo maintains strict AML controls in compliance with internationally recognised standards. We monitor all transactions for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, we are obligated to investigate and may be required to report findings to relevant authorities. During an AML investigation, withdrawals may be withheld until the investigation is concluded. We will not be liable for any losses caused by a delay in withdrawal processing arising from a legitimate AML investigation.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on bdromeo are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game type involved. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform (e.g., within the sports betting lobby for cricket, rugby, and football markets; within each game's information panel for casino and slot games). In the event of any ambiguity, the specific game or market rules shall be interpreted by bdromeo's compliance team, whose decision shall be final.
Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is submitted — in which case you will be presented with the new odds and given the option to accept or decline. In-play bets are subject to the availability of live data feeds; we reserve the right to temporarily suspend in-play markets during live events if data integrity cannot be guaranteed. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market's rules as outlined in the sports betting section of the Platform.
Casino & Live Games: All casino games (slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Andar Bahar, and others) are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's certified rules, which are accessible within the game interface. bdromeo does not modify game mechanics, odds, or RTP values — games run at the provider's certified settings. Bet Voidance: bdromeo reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed under circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms, including: exploitation of a pricing error; use of automated betting software or bots; collusion between players; or any other form of fraudulent or irregular betting activity. Decisions to void bets are made by the compliance team after investigation and are final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
bdromeo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the offer; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Bonus Abuse: bdromeo reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and forfeit any associated bonus balance if there is evidence that the player has: opened multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; used bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., placing low-risk, opposing bets to drain wagering requirements without genuine gameplay exposure); or provided false information to qualify for a promotion. We take bonus integrity seriously in order to protect the fairness of our promotional programme for all genuine players.
Changes to Promotions: bdromeo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not adversely affect players who have already opted into the promotion under the original terms. Changes will be communicated via the promotions section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct
Users of bdromeo are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits; providing false identity documents during KYC; misrepresenting your location or identity.
- Money laundering: Using bdromeo as a mechanism to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. All suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on the Platform simultaneously, or creating a new account after a previous account has been permanently closed.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit market inefficiencies.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated betting software to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise interact with the Platform without genuine human engagement.
- Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate unfair profit. Any winnings derived from known technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
- Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bdromeo staff or other players in any Platform communication channel including live chat.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use bdromeo if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access to the Platform by a minor.
Where any of the above conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bdromeo reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s); void all bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities where legally required. We will not be liable to the user for any losses arising from enforcement action taken against an account found to be in breach of this section.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your bdromeo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 2 business days. Any remaining balance after the processing of outstanding bets will be returned to your registered payment method. If you have an active self-exclusion period in place, the account will be closed immediately upon request with no cooling-off period required.
Involuntary Suspension: bdromeo reserves the right to suspend any account temporarily or permanently at our sole discretion, including where: (a) we have reason to believe the Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) a payment chargeback has been initiated against a deposit; (c) suspicious or irregular activity has been detected; (d) required KYC documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe; or (e) the account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing account. During a suspension, the account holder will be notified where possible, and the compliance team will conduct a review.
Permanent Closure: Following investigation, if a breach of these Terms is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed. In cases of fraudulent activity, money laundering, multi-accounting, or other serious violations, bdromeo reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In cases where the closure is not the result of dishonest or prohibited conduct (for example, closure due to a KYC failure that cannot be resolved), any remaining balance will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any applicable charges.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately by our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be blocked from login, deposits, and betting.
